1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any products once a purchase has been completed. All sales are final.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The request for exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

• Sale or promotional items.
